We are pleased to announce that Dan Thomas has been appointed as a member of the Securities Proceedings Advisory Committee of the Capital Markets Tribunal for a 3-year term.
The Committee provides comment and advice to the Governance & Tribunal Secretariat on policy and procedural initiatives relating to proceedings before the Capital Markets Tribunal.
The criteria for appointment to the Committee includes an excellent knowledge of Ontario securities law and significant practice experience in securities litigation.
